Welcome to Scrubs and Books blog! As first doc in Fam, Medicine was always hard for me to navigate!  so I decided to create a safe place for my own self and for all those med-students out their who need a little bit of guidance and motivation to make it through! As a student, I used to share my med-school experience, lessons, study tips and book reviews from some of my favorite books on this blog. Now, as I move forward in my journey, I have decided to also discuss some health related topic of importance as a physician as well. I hope to keep this space positive and share all the information and resources I have for FREE. So, stick around and you might learn a thing or two!
